My Overdue Review: Oscar Meyer Deli Creations Steakhouse Cheddar

Okay, I'm running a little behind.

I decided to try the Steakhouse Cheddar with my Deli Creations coupon. (Thank you Gather and Stephanie!) I was glad to see everything individually wrapped: Roll, beef, cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that the package included my favorite condiment, mayo.

I was initially concerned about heating the roll. I don't like toasted buns. Heating in the microwave, though, made the roll soft (as opposed to making it crunchy, like an oven-toasted sandwich from a shop). The beef and cheese melted nicely together. In about two minutes total time, I had lunch.

For me, it was a pretty good lunch. Tasty enough. It didn't have any bitterness like some pre-made dinners and it was definitely an improvement over frozen entrees.  I did add a bag of chips and a cup of fruit. To be honest, I don't think the sandwich would have been enough for my husband.

My nieces love the Oscar Meyer lunchables. I often buy them when we're going on outings and we've tried most. Pizzas and tacos are our favorites. These meals are fun. The one suggestion I would make to Oscar Meyer is to add some fun to these deli creations. Something to end the meal...maybe some apple chips or even a few doritos...
