I love Etsy as a site, alothough I've never actually purchased anything from there(yet). Do you own an etsy store?
I'm in the very early stages of starting a store there(ie just thinking about it). I need to make some items and buy a digital camera before the store will be up and running, but was wondering if anyone has any tips for me.
I've been reading the FAQ and rules jsut to make sure I know what I'm doing before I start.
If you own a store there, I have a few questions for you:
What do you sell?
Do you buy items at Etsy as well?
Do you have problems with customers not paying?
Is there some recourse for sellers if the buyer doesn't pay?
Is paypal accepted as a payment method?
Any info you have would be awesome, also leave the name of your store and I'll be sure to check it out.

Yes I buy from Etsy quite often. Bought tons of stuff for Christmas gifts last year.
I've never had a customer not pay. If they didn't pay I just wouldn't ship. You don't have to ship your items until your paid.
If they don't pay and you already shipped your item, as long as they paid through paypal you can report your claim to paypal itself.
Yes paypal is accepted.

Etsy is kinda like Ebay, so yeah Paypal is accepted.
Not sure about customers not paying or any recourse for it.
I personally never sold anything while I had mine...did alot better having my own site and still do!
