Southern California law enforcement officials may make arrests as early as Monday in the case of a kidnapped 3-year-old boy who was found alone and wandering the streets of a Mexican border town.

Two weeks after his abduction, Briant Rodriguez ran into the arms of his mother on Saturday at a border patrol office and spent the night in a hospital before returning home Sunday.
