then you probably resemble Jesus. Jesus said that if you follow Him, the world will hate you. But if the world loves you, then you look like them. As Christians, it is not always so much fun to resemble Jesus because Jesus said we would be persecuted if we live His example.
The Bible says that in the last days there will be those who claim to be Christians but they live as the world does and they don’t realize that they are risking their eternal place in Heaven. We are to be peculiar to the world because we are not here to please the world or people. We are here to serve Jesus and the commandments He gave.
Just because the world calls evil a good thing does not make it so. Just because the world calls holiness hatred does not make it so.
If you are living like Jesus, you will be despised and hated and you will be criticized. You will not be popular most likely. That’s okay because God will be smiling and ultimately it is pleasing God that is important and will make the biggest difference in your life.

Christ's love, wisdom and understanding can not be realized, understood and/or demonstrated to the world in truth, through our own efforts.... It comes only from being born again into Him and is a natural outpouring of which we have little control, that is when we are allowing God to lead and not insisting on own way or choosing to get in his way.. It's not of ourselves....... That's why I always tell folks that IF they would see ANYTHING good in or coming from me, that would be God himself, residing within.. The rest of the human mess is me....... lol...
