I was selected to do the SAM-e review. I got the package a few weeks ago and was excited to try it. It is recommended that you take it 30 minutes before a meal, but having low blood sugar I usually eat right away in the morning.
SAM-e is suppose enhance your mood and help with joint health. I noticed within a few days I did feel a little better, like an up-lifted feeling. It was nice to have a bit of calm when my life has been so stressful lately.
Something else I noticed is that I felt jittery. Like way too much caffiene or my blood sugar being off. This began happening the first afternoon and happened each day after I took it. I didn't care for the feeling and wanted to see if there was actually a connection between the SAM-e and what I was feeling. After a little over a week I opted to stop taking it. The jitters no longer were there.
I'm not exactly sure why it affected me like that, but I didn't think the mood enhancement was a big enough pay off for the weird shaky sensation I was feeling.
Well there you have it, that is my review. Anyone else experience anything like that?

I just started the SAM-e last week. I've taken it for 6 days now but don't feel quite ready to do my review yet. I however haven't noticed the jittery felling that you described.
Sorry it did not work well for you. I read another post where someone else said they and their husband got the jitters from using it.

Medicine affects people in different ways. If you do not feel comfortable in taking it, I wouldn't. I have had reactions to meds and I watch everything I take, including vitamins.

Sounds like it contains too much sugar or caffeine.
Showing some,

Sorry it didn't work for you. I've never tried it. Points nation.
So it didn't have caffeine or sugar, but it still made you jittery?

I tried it some years ago and it didn't do anything much for me except give me the jitters, too. Awful feeling, isn't it?

Wow Candice! I couldn't handle the shakes. I know I couldn't have done that. It's funny how it can affect people completely differently.
Eeks, sounds interesting. Did you get compensated for your review?
You don't get compensated you just get to try it for free.
Great review! PIF
thanks for reviewing it

I've tried seemingly everything, usually no effect whatsoever, so far anyway

I'm sorry it didn't work for you, and from what you say, the jittery feeling could have very likely been a result of the Sam-ee. I tried a product once, and the few days I took it, I felt like I had a lead weight upon my chest. I quit taking it, and the lead weight went away. My ducktors thought it could have caused some kind of reaction that triggered my asthma and advised me to quit taking it. I gladly quit taking it.

hey there, passing by your posts today, I thought I got all of them, but looks like not.
