My SAM-e Review

I was chosen to be a product reviewer of Nature Made SAM-e Complete. I had heard of Nature Made SAM-e Complete before, but had not tried it. Cost was the main reason, but I was also not sure the product would work for me.

I've been using the Nature Made SAM-e Complete for 9 days now. Do I notice any huge difference, No. Can I tell there are some small changes, Yes. I don't seem to get as aggrivated as easily now, and I'm not as aware of things now that used to highly stress me out. According to the product details you should see results in 7 to 14 days and if you don't you can increase the dosage. I don't think I will increase the dosage. I think I will stay with the 400mg dosage. I have noticed I have some stomache discomfort a little while after taking the product but nothing that will hinder me from continue to take the product. Nature Made SAM-e Complete states that one of it's other functions is helping to promote better joint health. I can tell it has helped some. My joints seem to loosen up faster than normal. I have noticed that after a few days on the product, I don't seem to be smoking as much now. I guess since I'm not as stressed, I'm able to cut down on how much I smoke per day.

One thing I really do not like about the product is having to take the Nature Made SAM-e Complete right after I get up and then waiting 30 minutes to eat. I have always been someone who eats breakfast shortly after I wake up. This has only been an inconvience because I've had to find different ways to occupy my time before eating. Not really a big issue, just something I've had to work around.

I do take the following supplements with my Nature Made SAM-e Complete; B-50 complex, fish oil, multi-vitamin (for her), calcium, and vitamin E (all Nature Made products).

Overall I think I'm please so far with the results. Do I think I will continue to take after this box is gone? Probably. The cost is an issue, but if you join Nature Made Rewards you can print out coupons for the products and you also can bank points from each bottle of supplements and earn higher amount off coupons.

Fantastic review I was selected to but they never came Im going to report it to the post office when the guy gets back on Monday . Im so sick of have my mail stolen , now Im starting to worry about the OFF bzz kit , it should have been here to

Personally, I would take calcium separate from Sam-e. Effectiveness usually deals withtwo issues. One is daily pattern of use. Try to keep this within a 2 hour window every 24 hours. Consistency helps your body regulate things smoothly. Most people I know claim to know this, but ignore it as if they were different than other mortals. Second is your body usually needs 21 days to get the proper enzymes caused by this substance to cause bodily changes. Mood is often caused by bio-chemical reactions. Good luck.

I never got my product. I was supposed to try this as well, and I emailed Stef back with my address etc. Now, I've forgotten which group it was with so I dunno..

Thanx for the review Jamie! PS.. if you have not tried the Nature Made Triple Flex Rapid Relief, and you have muscle/joint pains at all.. YOU REALLY SHOULD TRY IT!! It is fantastic!!

Merry, it was the Healthy Living group. Definitely email Stephanie again and tell her you didn't get it. If she can, she'll send it to you still. It's happened to me with another product, and as soon as she knew, she sent me one.
