Aidan turned THREE years old

We celebrated Aidan's third birthday on Saturday May 9th. He is growing up so fast. We spent the weekend at my parents house in St. Louis and I think Aidan had a great birthday.

He requested a Mickey Mouse cake. I thought this chocolate cake was very fitting because we also celebrated Maddie's 5 1/2 birthday as well. Her birthday is at Christmas time, so we always include her in the summer birthday too. So there was a Minnie for Maddie and a Mickey Mouse for Aidan.

       "Look Mom, I'm five, and Look Mom I'm three."

There were so many presents for the kids to open. They both got new crocs from Aunt Micky and Uncle Rebecca. Maddie got hot pink ones.  Aidan got a big set of matchbox cars from Nana and Papa. He got a new toy toolset from Mommy and Daddy, and a Bob the Builder book.

Both kids were spoiled with new helmets to wear for the bikes they got at Christmas time.

Don't they look cute in their new helmets? Now they can protect their cute little heads.

Here are Daddy and Aidan opening his first present. When he saw that it was cars and trucks inside he yelled, "Whoa."

                      He got to play a little hoops on his birthday too.
