What's the nastiest medicine that you've taken?

So I'm currently taken this medicine that I got from a Chinese herb place and it is hands down the nastiest thing I've ever had! It smells horrible, looks horrible, and tastes horrible. Everytime I drink it, I want to gag. What's the nastiest medicine that you've had?

I think Nyquil is the worst that I've had, I hate it.

I think it would be the real syrupy drink they make you ingest when they check for gestational diabetes. That made me gag!!

Regular flavor Vicks Nyquil. I actually like the flavor of some 'medicines'...like Pepto Bismol, Cherocol cough medicine, Fletcher's Castoria and others. When I was young, I used to drink them all, even when I didn't need them, just because I liked the taste.

the antidepressant that destroyed a good part of my later childhood because the dr. couldn't figure out that my headaches were blood sugar related.

Sulfasalazine!! It was chalky yellow, would color my hands AND my urine and left an aftertaste in my mouth.

Also, when you have to drink barium for CT Scans - GROSS! And the prep for colonoscopies, having to drink that stuff - Halflytely (sp?).
