Last week we made our annual contribution to the Department of Natural Resources; this year we are funding the planting of over 50,000 trees. When we were young boys, our parents purchased land and planted trees to reforest Minnesota, primarily in Anoka and Isanti Counties. My brother Chris and I are proud to carry on this family tradition.
However, it isn't really John and Chris that are making this possible - it is our customers that actually enable us to make these annual contributions. These plantings will endure for decades to come as a sign of live and vitality for future generations of people and wildlife that call these forests their home.
