Today I received this message in my Bzz account, I checked this morning and it was not there but now I got this message



Congratulations, you can use a Golden Key to participate in this campaign!  - Aveeno Nourish Hair



I do have a golden Key and wanted to join the campaign.



I clicked the button to continue and then I got this message

We're sorry, you do not meet the join criteria for this campaign.

 

 

 

What ?



IF I was not eligible for the campaign it should not have been offered for me to join!!!!!

They prolly offer it off hand to many and then check later to see who replies and who's eligable from that group.

I think there has been some technical problems lately. I have had three campaigns that I got invitations to and when I went to join it said they are all full. OK I understand they fill up but if they are full why are people hours later and even the next day getting the invitation too and are able to join?

It was very disappointing I might add since Gold Key invites have been very scarce. I hopped on this one only to get the "We're sorry, you do not meet the join criteria for this campaign" message.
What? I have hair! and plenty of it! LOL.
I hope that they fix this soon!

I am glad to know that I am not the only one that this happened to. I would feel better about it if it said full but to invite me and then tell me I am not eligible is jsut not kosher! I certainly hope that if it is a glitch it will be fixed. And now it has gone from my account.

OK. Just found out what the deal is. Looks like it was an error on our website that allowed this to happen. That's the bad news. The good news is that it should be corrected tomorrow AM and you should be able to join/participate then. Keep an eye out on your agent home.

Thanks Jono for your help, Unfortunately I was away doing Drs visits this morning and when the second invite came it filled up fast and when I just went to do it it was full. Bummer
