I guess this is to make up for the fact that I don't have to pay for prom dresses and wedding dresses since I have a boy.
We went to Target last night, and I decided to buy Elliott another pack of underwear since he's taken off with the potty-training and is not having any daytime accidents. We only use diapers for in the car, naps and bedtime, and even then he usually stays dry.
I stopped at the toddler's underwear and was browsing the different characters and noting their prices. I saw a 7-pack of Seseme Street for girls that was $3.54 and figured if I could find the equivalent in boys I'd be making a steal since the boys characters were running $5+ for 3 pairs. I glanced up to the 7-pack of boys Seseme Street underwear and it was $9.99! Seriously?? Does anyone know the reasoning behind this?
We chose a 3-pack of Deigo for $5.54 because he really wanted them and I figured since he has done so well with this on his own he deserved them.

I'll be so glad when my Elliott starts using public potties. He refuses still, so he's in a diaper anytime we are away from home STILL. He's been using the potty at home since September/October 2007!
Cindy--I never thought of it that way...I'm glad I won't have to bra shop for anyone other than myself!
My kids do use the public restrooms just know way around that.. I have tought them to wipe the seat first and only use it if its clean looking and wash good when done. They also know to use a paper towel to open the door after washing hands.. its cute when Brycen does it.. he washes quickly gets an exta towel and waits to open the door and use his foot to prop it open while everyone exits then he tosses it in trash.. he is 4..
