Mother's Day Poem

I want to wish all my friends on Gather who are mothers, aunts, godparents, neighbors, etc. who have given love to a child, a Happy Mothers Day!  My sister-in-law Rose sent the following poem that I would like to share with all of you.

 

God Gave The World Stars,

And There Was Beauty.

 

God Gave The World The Sun,

And There Was Warmth.

 

God Gave The World Rain,

And There Was Life.

 

God Gave the World Mothers,

And There Was Love.
