Urgent: Pray For Our President

To those of you who are Christians or who still believe in the values that this country was founded on, you need to be praying Proverbs 21:1 and asking God to move on the heart of this man.  Proverbs 21:1 says,

¹THE KING'S heart is in the hand of the Lord, as are the watercourses; He turns it whichever way He wills.

This scripture doesn't just mean a king but anyone who is in charge of the country.  God can turn what Satan has intended for evil in this nation to good if we, as believers, humble ourselves and pray.  If we don't turn to God in this hour, we will be allowing what happens and God will hold us accountable for it.

Even though I don't care for Obama as the President, he is nevertheless our President and we need to be in a great deal of prayer for the decisions he's making that impact our country.

We also need to be praying for our leaders in Congress because their support of him will also have a huge impact on us all.  I encourage you to contact your Senators and Representatives to let them know how you stand and that you won't be voting for them the next election day if they support the immoral turn our President is leading our country into.  If you don't even try, you are just as responsible as they are.

Please take 5 or 10 minutes each day, preferably in the morning when your mind is fresh, to pray Proverbs 21:1 and other scriptures in the Word for our leaders.  Not only those in the national offices but those in the state and local offices.  It's all crucial.
