Schiff Melatonin Plus is a dietary supplement that is sold by Costco. The main reason I like this product is because you can get 300 tablets for (I believe the going rate is 3.99) those of you who purchase melatonin know that this an excellent price. These are 3 mg. melatonin tablets which are the combined with 25 mgs. ofTheanine. This is is an ingredient fround in Green Tea that promises stress reducing properties. The bottle promises "sleep support" and I think this product is effective in promoting a sounder sleep. I do find I sleep better when taking this product. I think it is something that I will continue to take in the future, not only for it's affordability, but also because of it's availability. It always seems to be available at Costco. I do recommend Melatonin Plus for those suffering from sleep difficulties.
