Anthony got a hair cut today:)

Anthony's teacher called me about 11am this morning and asked if it would be ok for her to take him to the Career High School to get a hair cut. She explained that it would be a teacher cutting his hair that the teacher needed a boy student to show the students of the cosmotology class how to cut hair.

I thought that was a great idea!

So i agreed!

Its is great timing too, he was looking a little rugged around the ears and he also leaves in 4 days for his big trip to DC and NYC:)

After the hair cut the teacher took him to Sonic for lunch. I would think he would be sick of Sonic after working there every weekend for the past 2 months..lol

I just want to say a BIG thank you to his school and his teachers. This past year has been rough on us all and they have been such great support for him and I:)

now if just the elem. school was as great with my other 2 kiddos everything would be fine..lol

wow, that was really nice! I bet he loved it :) And yeah, just in time!! greg's needing a hair cut too, he's trying to get one before hospital time :) Bryan hasnt even had a hair cut yet, which he doenst need one right now, its still short, and is very thin. I love baby hair :)

Sandra, he has a great group of teachers. It is very unuasual for teachers. They have been great all year! They help and make sure he is caught up in school. He got behind a bit cuz he was helping me out when i was too sick to take care of the younger kiddos. Anthony would make dinner and make sure that Andy and Jessica got thier homework done and got ready for school. He is just an AWESOME kiddo:)

Very fun experience! He was cute before the haircut too! When I was in high school, I used to "model" for my friend's mom who worked as an instructor at a hair styling school. I sometimes got some pretty crazy haircuts but since it was free and she would always take me out to lunch afterwards, it was a great time for me. I'm still smiling at that unsymmetrical bobbed style I had where one side was past my shoulders and the other side was up to my ears.

I recenlty used the local Xcell Acadamy (Paul Mitchell school) and they did a great job on my haircut and my two daughters haircuts.

hey...they all gotta learn somewhere right.
