Life Lately

I feel like there's so much to do, but at the same time, there's not really a huge amount of pressure. I have two finals and a take-home to complete, and those I do need to get done. But aside from that, I really don't have any hugely pressing need other than self-imposed ones.

I need to get this apartment truly clean. I've been working on this here and there, but the overall picture of organization and cleanliness hasn't come together just yet. When it does, though, I feel like I'll be more certain of my change of life-- my transition. A clean slate, in a lot of ways, with my environment being the literal one.

I still can't quite believe I'm graduating-- I had my last day of undergraduate classes ever yesterday. Likely, it'll be my last day of classes ever ever, as I really don't see graduate school in my future. It was both an amazing shocking realization to know that I'm really, truly done. The culmination of my 5-year college experiences has reached an end.

So many preparations for graduating, and yet none are stressing me out. I need to figure out what sort of celebration I'm having-- barbecue? Restaurant? I don't even know, at this point. I need to find a job, too. I updated/reworked/rewrote my resumes yesterday, so at this point, it's a matter of getting them out. The pressure is relieved by the fact that I don't have any other committments competing for my time or energy in this-- I can throw myself fully into the job search, without balancing it with classes or other things.

In any case, I think these next few weeks will be relaxingly busy, if that's possible. I have enough to do, but I also have the time to do it in, and some leeway with it. Which is very, very refreshing!
