Joseph, who dreamed the sun and moon and eleven stars would bow, was sold as a slave.
And now a woman with sun and moon and twelve stars round her head appeared to John. “She’s history,” the angel said. “His story. The tale of God’s plan.”
The dragon, red as the sins of man, dripped blood from tooth and claw. But the nation’s guardian held him back while eagles found a place for the woman to rest. Sun, moon and stars all bowed their heads to a different Joseph now, but it was still God’s story, and still God’s plan.
