Time sure has flown by. I have no children in school anymore, just the one grandchild. But my daughter is getting married in June. I can't believe it's almost here. So much more to do yet. .lol

we had a bad winter with big ice storms that shut the schools for multiple days. We will not get out until the end of June

Schools here start breaking up for summer around 20th July. When they go back in September, mine will be in years 10, 7, 6 and reception.

Isn't it amazing, you think things are putzing by....spring is taking too long to come and then the next thing you know schools out and your plans for summer are in full swing. I remember when I started as a girl scout leader and my little 4th graders were soo small...how could they ever make it in this world...and now, most are taller than me and navigating their way through high school and drivers ed. Eeeekkkk! School is out the second week of June here. But we don't even start until September, after labor day - state mandate!

my son's last day was today,, then he busy with getting ready for graduation,,
that is on sunday
the public school here is out May 19th

My hubby to be doesn't graduate til June 6th. But with the swine flu goin' on. If they close for two weeks then they will have to make that up...

Christopher has 3 more days to go....he's done on May 7th, but has to help with graduation on the 9th.

Angela gets out May 22nd.

I know my kids' school district has to make up 2-3 snow days this year. Their last day was June 17th, but now its probably the 19th or the 22nd.

Massachusetts schools don't get out until the end of June, my little cousin is June 28th I believe. Don't feel sorry for them though, they have winter/Christmas break, a week off in February and a week in April.

We are so excited about summer break at our house. It starts on June 4th, and we will be going on vacation the following week. Of course we have the baby arriving in July, so we do not have any other big travel plans, but my mother-in-law is planning on coming to visit (from NJ) for a couple of weeks.

My oldest last day is May 13th. I will be moving her home from college the 14th. My youngest gets out on June 4th.

I have absolutely no idea when school ends here, but Ithink it's about 3 weeks later than June 4th, and we go back the day after Labour Day.

I don't have kids in school, so I don't know the exact date, but our church program follows the school calendar, and including this week, they only have three more weeks...so I'm guessing 3-4 weeks for us too.
