AMBER ALERT: 3-YEAR OLD CALIFORNIA BOY

The state of California issued the Amber alert early Monday morning (05-04) after the boy was abducted at gunpoint from his home in San Bernardino on Sunday. The suspects forcibly entered the boy's home and tied up his mother and four other children before ransacking the house and stealing money and property. Both suspects are armed with handguns and are considered dangerous.

Briant Rodriguez an Hispanic male, 3 years old, 3' tall with long curly brown hair and brown eyes and weighs 40 pounds. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue-striped shorts and black sandals.

The suspects are both Hispanic males. One suspect is described as being approximately 5' 5", 18 to 20 years old with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap,blue jeans and a green shirt. The second suspect is described as being approximately 5' 10", 24 years old with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black boots and had a white bandanna covering his face.

Thee is no suspect vehicle information at this time.

Sounds like they were after that particular boy. Maybe Daddy has something to do with it. Why tie up all the other children and just take that one? Somethings missing here, but I pray they find them and return the poor baby to his Mom quickly.

I agree with Katie! It doesn't make sense to leave the other kids and just take him. I hope and pray they find him soon. Poor baby!!

I hope he is found safely and returned to his family. This is awful. I have a friend in California last name Rodriguez with a 3 year old boy, my heart stopped for a minute reading this one but this is not the same little boy.

I hope he is found soon though - it has to be terrifying for his mom and siblings and him too. People who do this kind of thing should get the death penalty!

I heard about this on the news yesterday. I was in the middle of cleaning up after dinner so I didn't hear the whole story. I didn't realize there were other children in the house. I remember thinking to myself that something just didn't seem right with this. Like Katie said, something's missing.
