First off, I'll admit that I'm far from being a neat freak and try to get my husband to do most of the cleaning around the house that needs to be done. If this is true, why would I be excited about a Bzz campaign for cleaning products you might wonder. Well, the fact of the matter is that I do still do some cleaning around the house in spite of my best efforts to avoid it. The second fact is that these products arrived just as our current cleaning product stash was running low.
So the scoop on Nature's Source is that I like it and I will be buying it again. Here's why: First, the toilet bowl cleaner attacks hard water stains so much better than everything else I have purchased since we moved into this place over two years ago. Next, none of the products have that disinfect smell when you use them. Come on, you know the smell. Third, the products are made with 99%+ natural or naturally-derived ingredients, which is a lot better than most of the products in our house. Fourth, I can buy this at the grocery store or drugstore. I don't have to make a trip to the expensive natural foods market that is ridiculously overpriced. And the final reason is that the products are comparably priced to other cleaning products at the grocery store.
Here's the 411 about SC Johnson's Nature's Source product line:
- Products do not contain ammonia, bleach, or phosphorous
- Safe for plumbing and septic systems
- Packaged in recyclable bottles
- Available at grocery and drug stores
- Suggested retail price of $3.49 and $3.69 (depending on the product).
- Not tested on animals

I do love products that are as natural as they can possibly be made. I like that the products are not "over" priced too!
Thanks!
Honestly, I don't really care if they are natural or not. I care whether they work or not! We have such a hard time keeping our place clean... good review.
Excellent review Janell
This is a nice review. I have tried some of these and they are great. Thanks for sharing them with the Gather community.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Nice review. I'm partial to Mrs. Meyers all purpose cleaner. I keep a bottle in every bathroom and kitchen and use it on just about everything. Counter tops, sinks, tubs, floors, etc. Oh, and I buy the dish soap too.
