You have been in deep thought for a while, you know the answer to what you are thinking about, but you don't want to admit the answer to yourself???  This has been happening alot to me lately.  While I know the answer, I guess I am just not strong enough to admit the answer to myself.  I know it is sitting right there looking me in the face but I can't convience myself it is not true.  At least I now Know what is going on, I just have to be strong enough to admit it... That is the hardest part ya know... Thanks for letting  me vent..

Yep, I know the feeling and like you, I recognize it. I acknowledge it. I found that sometimes I can't even pinpoint when I unconsciously accepted it because all of the sudden (and the wonderful part of it) I've accepted it without even realizing it. And once you feel that release, the feeling is simply great. Believe in yourself. Quiet your mind and let the answers come naturally without fighting or resisting it. Just my two cents for what they worth :)

Sometimes facing the truth of a situation will bring about misery that we don't want to deal with. It is difficult to deal with things when the outcome is bound to be something we may have to struggle through.

Its easy to do that when you feel trapped in a situation that has no easy answer . I guess as long as you know what going on as you say you will eventually find a way to get through the problem . sometime it takes time for you to be able to wrap your head around what seems to be a problem with no answer . Im not sure what your problem is but sometimes it helps if you ask yourself OK whats the worst thing that could happen because of this . once you start looking at it like that and realize that you can handle whatever it is even though it may be very hard it will help .

Nope, never happened. When I have the answer, I know I have it for a reason, and that I need to be strong enough to go through with it. I can be a real bulldozer when I am sure of something.
