I had to stop by CVS this week while they had the BOGO (buy one, get one free) sale on All Small & Mighty. I specifically waited til evening so I could get the nice cashier that knows how to handle coupons!
Transaction #1
Garnier Fructis Conditioner - $2.99 less $1 MC (manufacturer coupon), less $1.99 ECB (Extra Care buck - store coupon like cash)
Paid $0.07 in tax. Received $2 ECB's back.
Transaction #2
4 All Small & Mighty - $7.49 BOGO, less 2 MC for $2 each and 2 MC for $1 each, less $2 ECB from Transaction #1
Paid $7.83 But now no ECB's to start next week with! LOL
Then headed to Target as I had to buy a birthday gift. Really didn't get much but I did pick up 2 boxes of the Electrasol powerball tabs for the dishwasher - $4.29 each less $2.50 each in MC, so not bad... I wish I'd had more of those $2.50 coupons!
That was it for today's shopping. However, I totalled up what I spent all last month for groceries - food, toiletries, paper products, EVERYTHING and it was just under $400 for a family of 4. I'm happy with that!
