That's right. God is not everywhere. Neither is He nowhere. 'Everywhere' and 'nowhere' assume specific physical places. God is not a physical reality; He transcends all physical reality. He does not reside in any physical location. If you are looking for God look inside yourself.
No, God is not everywhere. Then again He is not anywhere. He just is.

I tend to think that all things are a part of God (both physical and not) and vice versa - that all things are one.
We cannot understand the fullness of God completely, but we can partake and enjoy the grapes from the vine without knowing all of the biology of the grapevine.
You've got it right, dear Thomas - with the only exception that God is not necessary "He"... like all physical categories, gender definitions are not applicable to the Supreme Being who is beyond time and space. ;-)
Blessings and best wishes - S.
Blessings to you too.
I don't think I've seen this put as simply and as accurately as you just did and you're correct, at least to my way of thinking.
Blessings to you,
Marilyn
PS: I read a comment by you on another post, about life on other planets. Hopefully, you remember it? I'd love to see an article by you about that, if/when you have time. I happen to agree with you, but I'd love to hear your take on the why's. I don't think I'll be surprised.
Yes, there is life on other planets, but like I said, it is a form of life we are not familiar with here on earth. I'm not saying it is life inferior or superior to ours, just life, and of course also created by God. Will we ever see or experience this life? Yes we will, but not before mankind has achieved his destiny here on earth. That destiny is to become unified - one single human race, united in all his endeavors. Then and only then will he be able to reach out to other planets beyond our solar system.
