Good Morning Sistahs ~ All of us know that wonderful feeling known as Joy.  In this Wave, I would like you to list 10 things that give you joy.  In my case, at the top of my list is painting.  There's something gratifying about creating a reality beyond what I can see. 

As time has gone on, the actual process of painting has changed.  I became more entrenched in the actual doing rather than the finished painting. 

Something else that gives me joy is looking at my garden early in the morning.  I can see all the wonderful little ecosystems then.  The spiders and their glittering webs, the bright orange nastursium petals, the early morning finches at the feeder.  Yes, the garden gives me joy. 

The memory of walking on a Florida beach one morning years ago gives me joy.

Thinking back to walking on the beach the other day gives me joy.

I have so many incidents that I can recall that give me joy.  Thinking back, those wonderful nights of sitting in the long cypress hallway with mama.  I'd light all the candles and we'd sit and listen to Delilah and talk.  I treasure the memory of that time and it gives me joy in my heart to think about it!

My Friday night glass of wine and my Trader Joe parmesan crisps (the whole bag) gives me joy!  So you see there are many things that make us happy and that we look forward to.  Dig into your memory and list ten.  You can elaborate, of course.
