When it comes to healthier foods, you have to be willing to try different things. If you don't like them, fine, but you have to at least try them. My husband and I have found lots of things that we enjoy that are better for you. This morning we made our own version of McDonald's Egg McMuffin. Here's what we did for each sandwhich:
1 Multigrain English Muffin (90 calories)
1 Large Egg (70 calories)
1 Turkey Sausage Patty (50 calories)
1 Piece of Fat Free American Cheese (30 calories)
All you have to do is cook the egg and the sausage patty and put it all together. It's better for you than the original and has less calories. It was yummy too! You should try it. What things have you tried that you don't mind that are healthier for you?

Eggs are healthy--depending on the source. Farm-fresh eggs are rich in nutrients; supermarket eggs from factory "farm" chickens are significantly less healthful.
