When I gave birth to a little girl, I pretty much knew what to expect in the way of toys. I figured she would love baby dolls, and barbies, and little princess dress up clothes. Next I had a little boy. I have often wondered what his favorite things would be when he actually got old enough to decide for himself. Well, mark the beginning of obsession number one..............CARS.

I found this little number at a yard sale for 50 cents. It still looked brand new. Aidan fell in love with it and had to wear it as soon as it came out of the laundry.

He also owns a CARS lawn chair that he was sitting in from last summer.

I said, "Aidan, can you give Mommy a smile?" Here is the fake smile that he mustered up for me.
He also got a new pair of CARS shoes from Nana and Papa that has been wearing around everywhere. He refuses to wear his dress shoes to church. It's got to be the CARS shoes. I got a photo of them too, but forgot to upload them. I'm sure that all of you will lose sleep tonight, knowing that you didn't get to see photos of the shoes.
Aidan's going to be turning three years old on May 9th. It shouldn't be hard for us to pick out something he likes.

"Shoooot, I reckon!"
Elliott might even have the same shoes as Aidan. He needs new shoes soon, and I have a feeling we are going to have to hide the cars ones. :) His are black, and the eyes are across the velcro closure, and they glow in the dark.
Yep, Aidan has the same shoes with the eyes that glow in the dark.
My grandson loves Cars as well~
Both kids are precious; next time they act up, just UPS them to me! :)
Just stopping by to help with the points.
he is so adorable!!
