I don't measure, I just look and know what to put in it but I'm going to try to measure everything for you, lol.
Boil 4 eggs (once the eggs start to boil, cut them off and let them sit for 10 minute)
Peel the eggs and mash with a masher until they look crumbled up.
Season them with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper(or to your liking)
I use sandwich spread because it alreadys has the pickles in it and I use about 2 heaping tablespoons of that but ok to your liking, some like it dry and some like it runny, I like mine just right.
I sprinkle some ground cloves in it last, this was a mistake because I wasn't lookiing at what I was doing and it was pretty good.
Refrigerate for a hour or more and eat with some light bread and it's really good.
