1. Lunch time is about the only time I can unwind when he is here because he is busy eating too. I love to sit with him and eat. He really loves food and so do I.

My favorite way to unwind is to engage in social networking and do other extracurricular type things instead of focusing on business. Personal e-mails usually fall into this gap as well.

I typically relax with my e-mails and lunch for around an hour. The first 10-15 minutes are spent eating and the rest is dedicated to allowing myself time to digest properly before moving on to my next activity, which is usually a workout!

My lunch break depends on where I am having lunch. If I am in my office, it is sometimes a little more flexible depending on what I am working on. If I am out on a job, I usually don't have lunch, but may take a break if my client is friendly and wants me to break with them on their lunch break.

In our little office us 3 girls don't get a lunch break. Even tho we don't get paid for it, we sit at our desk and continue to work. If I could, I would get out and walk, or just sit outside for a while. So bringing some quick and easy to eat is important to me.
