I recently received a letter from this guy offering me a business opportunity.  You can read my reply below.  I probably won't ever hear from him again. :-(

Does the Department of Defense know that you are moonlighting? Because that is illegal.

Are you Sylvia or James Doover?  I realize that sometimes it's difficult to distinguish men from women.

How would you like for me to turn this in to the Department of Defense?

Matt, I think you're right! For an American soldier he sure does have a foreign accent (if you can have an accent in type) and does sound like the Nigerian banker. I have also received those but this one is a first Elise. Great response!
