Yesterday was a record-breaking day for me, and I'm at a loss. I had more first-time visitors and more returning visitors than I have had all week, and the fifth highest stats, across the board than I have had all month, for one of the shortest pieces of relatively serious writing this year. Granted, I followed many of my own rules. Carefully considered titles, subjects. Carefully researched and back-linked. And yet ... I'm not really sure to what it should be attributed.
Forty-Four page loads, fourteen new visitors, five returning visitors, and an 'addict' or two. All within a twenty-four hour period. But why?
