Lately I've decided to try and save some more money at the grocery store by clipping coupons. It had never worked for us before, because we didn't use a lot of the products, but we've changed how we buy groceries. It does seem to be helping. What I would like to know is what online websites do you use to find more money saving coupons you can print out? Do you know of some good ones? Do you ever have luck by going to the manufacterer's websites?
Also, I love free samples of things, but I know there are a lot of people on Gather who are more thrifty at finding them than myself. Where do you go to look for free samples of things?

The most work is matching the coupons to the sales. We have another triple coupon week coming up next week here at Harris Teeter. :-) Last time I stocked up on household cleaners and stuff like that for free or close to free.
Many companies offer free samples or coupons through their website. Others have mentioned Wal-Mart. The Freebies section of about.com has good stuff too, when I remember. When someone posts various freebies on here, I will see what interests me, and if their website has anything else. I don't usually go searching them out myself, but I still get everything from diapers to dog and cat food/treats to lotion samples and shampoo.
the online sites I have found are ones where you have to download something...and since I can't do that at work - I can't use them! :)
to make the most of coupons, you're going ot have to have acces to the Sunday circulars for stores in your area. go ahead and buy a paper. By combining sales and coupons, you'd be surprised how manyt hhings you can get free. Keep all your coupons until they expire. You never know when something's going to be so cheap, it it makes it free.
I went to CVS today with coupons but no CVS bucks. For $10, I got a 12-pack of Dr. Pepper, four bottles of Aveeno body bath, one Aveeno lotion, two Crest toothpasts, 100-pack benedryl, 2 giant hershey's, a box of dry cleaner's secret and a glad fragrance collection candle. No bad, eh?
Good for you for taking this action :-) It may take a little while for you to get extra good at it, but it will happen. It takes me like 3-4 weeks to ramp up to serious coupon savings. We unfortunately are not eating most of the stuff that comes out in coupons anymore :-(
