Entering the CVS Survey Contest received on your Receipt ~CVS Extra Bucks Make Cents~

Often throughout each month near the bottom of your receipt you will receive an ID# for entering a survey contest by calling a 800 number. 

Tell us how we are doing and you could win $1,000 or one of the hundreds of other cash prizes instantly.

This is an automated survey--they ask questions and you push numbers.  The $1000 is a monthly drawing for all who call in.

This is the way CVS finds out about customer service in their different stores.  A manager told me they are really graded by the responses sent in, she said, "EVERYTHING, depends on those numbers, EVERYTHING."  So if you have a great experience, or a misserable one, call the number, take the survey and perhaps win some cash.  The least you will be doing is helping the stores be evaluated so steps can be taken to either reward great service or to get poor service changed.

funny you should mention that...i shop at cvs 2-3 times a week and have never ever seen a toll free number to call for surveys....I get coupons and lots of coupons.

Someone called me about this once a while back. It was a survey and it was automated. I guess this is the same kind.

Renita, I knew a CVS clerk once that said her manager told them to tear them off and take them home and call in and punch all 5's. The manager is no longer there, neither is the cashier.

Seems as if every store now has that survey thing at the bottom. Usually I just ignore it. The only time I actually did the survey was with Bath and Body because they would give you a code after the survey for $10 off your next purchase of $30 and I LOVE THAT STORE!! LOL

I've entered it a few times, and done the one for Kmart too. I usually have a pretty good experience with them so I don't mind sharing that with them.

I do these surveys most of the time, but for all the coupon and rebate groups I belong to I have never actually heard of anyone winning.
