I have no clue how Larry comes up with these wacky numbers like 10 percent. I think he's talking about very rich people here. The point he's trying to make is that most people need to plan and follow a budget. And he's right.

If you have enough brain to think about the next few days, weeks, or months, you'll go far. It is stupid to go on an impulse buying like there's no tomorrow. Many years ago, I was paid $120 / month as a basic airman in the Air Force. We were paid once a month with cash. I saw a few guys spent the entire $120 the day they were paid, and they begged for the next 29 days.

What a great thought for today. I may share this with a friend :-) Thanks for the compliment on my hair :-) Actually, the place I found to go to only charges $35! That includes the cut AND color! And the foils for the streak were only $1 each, I think I had 6 total. Otherwise I would not be able to go either, trust me! In NY it used to cost me $175 to get my hair done this way. WOW. Big difference. I am so glad I found them because I get to pamper myself once in a while, plus the vanity thing, I have tons of grey!
