I have some photos from one of the air museums near Tucson here (the Flickr link). I'll attach a few here.
Well, no I won't. I just tried 8 times (may that 15 times) to upload the photos to gather and it failed every time. I'm using small, low resolution versions, so it isn't the file size...
I give up for now. The link to Flickr will work.
edit: this has to be the most annoying attempt at posting I've had in ages, but that has nothing to do with the group, of course, just with la belle Gather. I keep trying (and trying and trying) to load photos, this silly posting interfarce (amazingly, not a typo), I mean interface, tells me I'm done, I click "next," and then I receive an error message and find that nothing uploaded. I have bunch of photos that aren't on Flickr that I've trying to "share". The quality isn't always good- they are a bit old and were digitized off film by Walgreens, that noted member of the f64 club. However, they might appeal to this group... but not if you can't see them, Argh!

The SR-71 Blackbird is a pretty amazing site. My boys could look at it for hours, it seemed. So could I...
Thanks Kenneth- I couldn't remember the name of this museum (I've only been there about 3 times, but I plead young children).
In the photos that you can't yet see, there are a number of shots of training cockpits with my kids in them and of old versions of Air Force One- quite a few of the old Air Force Ones are represented.
I suppose I might as well has uploaded the other photos to Flickr. At least you could see them.
Lynn, click on the word "here" that should be in blue to get to my Flickr photos.
Thanks for posting... and your struggles.... ;-) Take care.
