Music As Muse: Week 2

Hello Music As Muse members!

Wow! It looks as though I have been slacking off on this group lately! I suppose I need to offer another prompt or two to get some submissions coming in, and we'll see if we can keep the prompts on a bi-monthly level as originally planned!

For those of you unaware of the first prompt, you can go back and view it here.

This week for our "muse" we have a song by a very talented lady who appears to be a favorite of quite a few members here on Gather. Click the link below to hear "A Song That Never Comes" by "Mama" Cass Elliot. Yahoo! Music will give you 25 free listens to the song in its entirety, which should be enough for everyone to familiarize themselves with it.

A Song That Never Comes

Now, here is where you all come in:

1. Create something (it could be anything - artwork, photographs, poetry, a story, a photoshopped image, or even your own music) in response to the song posted.

2. Your creation can be anything at all - the only guideline is that it be your own personal creation. Flag any potentially offensive content accordingly.

3. Either TAG or TITLE the post containing your creation with "music as muse." Any submissions not tagged appropriately will NOT be posted in this group.

Also remember, there is no deadline, so you may go back to any of the previous weeks to get your creative energies flowing as well!
