Greetings Sistahs Shed ~
I send you clear horizons filled with sunshine. Thank you all for completing the Second Wave. This was a difficult step in that it entailed going deep within yourself. The success of this particular assignment was strictly up to you. The ability to unburden negative sentiments and turn them into golden opportunities is not an easy task. One gets out of an assignment what one puts into it. I do believe for some, the pot of gold is very close by.
Since I do not want the group to lose its momentum and many folks are very busy during the week, I'll go ahead and give you your Third Wave.
Your boat is much lighter now. There may be a bit of negative cargo left but you now know how to heave it overboard.
The winds are very important to you because they help move your boat on to the next wharf or the next place you want to be.
Your anchor holds the boat steady while you dream, pray, medidate or just surrender your mind.
You carry a small ditty bag with very important necessities.
Third Wave:
Your boat is your life. The winds are your propelling force; the anchor, your stabilizing influences.
Describe the winds that blow your sails. (for example: ambition, an abiding faith, creativity)
Describe your anchor. (husband, job, career, house)
Describe what is in your Ditty bag. The important things in your life.
This can be as simple as a poem, a story or as a surreal narrative. Have fun with it.
This is due on or before April 27th - a week from Monday.
Reminder: Deep breathing, water, water, water, fruits, veggies, grains and most of all - MOVE - walk, stretch, bend, reach! Smile. Salud

You're good.
Wishing all my sistahs a wonderful and beautiful weekend!! :O)
Have a great weekend Sistahs!!
Kudos!
This week coming up will be happily over the top with activity. Sheep shearing and garden starts, as many snowshoe outings as possible before returning to the lower 48, plus helping out with culture week in Klukwan Indian village.
And my wayward middle daughter returns home after a winter away.
Hoping to make timely contributions now that I've been given the go ahead to hit it as hard as I'd like. Knees are good! Just needing to tone up after being the caged bird with Elder Ma.
Thanks for the challenge Mariana. Hope to get caught up.
I'm rootin' for ya' all!
Breathe deeply - fill up those lungs - pretend they are a nice old couple who needs fresh air! They appreciate the gift of oxygen! Now, if you have time - go and take a walk ohhh what a luxury to be able to walk - someday our legs may give out - my dear old neighbor is 99 but her legs are just giving out - she'll have to use a walker to see walk to the table to see her 100th birthday cake in August!
Ok move, stretch, drink water, and breathe - if you walk for 30 minutes - give us one of your nice four liners - haiku or poetry - thanks! Hope there are a few bliss-filled moments in your day! Salud
