Well, now that Easter has come and gone I figured that I would update everyone on my salt promise I made for Lent. I gave up adding salt to any food but didn't worry about going low sodium or avoiding food that was presalted. So, I completed my promise for Lent! And I am happy to report that I have still not added salt to anything yet so I am going to try to hold out for the long haul I think. I haven't had my blood pressure checked again but overall I am down about 15 pounds I believe give or take so that is very much a good thing!
Now I have to worry about drinking more water....baby steps!
