Unable to upload photos again

The other day, anytime I tried to upload photos outside of an article, I got an error. I FINALLY got it to go through hours later, if I did them 1 at a time. Looks like it's happening to me again today. Bothersome!

I have some cute cat photos. They may or may not be attached to this article. The kids are driving me nuts, and fighting. I'm going to go nuts yet today.

Good news, I uploaded 3 and it worked in the article. Maybe by later, it'll work with regular uploading as well for me!
