Hi Gatherererererererers!
I spent most of the day sitting in doctor waiting rooms. Blah! I had my regular womanly check-up this morning. It was a little worrisome because they found a lump in my breast that needs to be worked up before they can give me birth control pills with estrogen in them... I guess some cancers are estrogen-driven, and they want to be extra careful and make sure they don't cause more harm than good.
Anyway... That kinda freaked me out! So, in the next couple of days I have to go get my prolactin level checked and an ultrasound of my right breast. I'm only 29 years old!!! I'm too young for anything major to be going on... But, it will be nice to at least know for sure! Keep me in your thoughts, please!
I talked to hubs today, and he seemed to be in a really good mood. He was really concerned after I told him about my doctor visit adventure... But, otherwise, we are both really psyched that there are only 93 days left!!! :) I told myself loooooong ago that I wouldn't start getting excited until we were down to 90 days... and here we are, just about there! So, Sunday will officially be my excitement day! LOL!
Sissy and I watched American Idol tonight, and were elated that the judges decided to use their one save on Matt! I'm not sure if he's good enough to win the whole competition, but he definitely deserves to be there more than a few of the contestants... (ahem, Anoop and Lil).
The weather is supposed to get SUPER nice for the next few days! Yay! Spring has finally sprung! There has been so much rain that I'm sure May flowers are going to be amazing this year!
I hope all of my Gather friends had a great day! Tell me about it! What did you do today? How are you?

Got up to 63 today, chance it will tomorrow too.
I can feel your excitement of getting to be with your hubby again soon. I know you are really looking forward to that.
I was very happy about Matt tonight too, I actually cried just a little. Next week is not going to be good though since they will be letting two people go.
My day not so good, I got the flu and at same time I babysit one my grandchildren. Yesterday, my oldest came over and helped, it was her day off and today she came over and brought lunch. My hubby was also home today and he took care of baby for me and tomorrow we fot it set up for the youngest daughter to come over to help me. I am lucky to have this help since this flu has really knocked me for a loop.
only 43 for him
HOWEVER, I think you've got too much excitement ahead of you to have anything major happen, and if it does, somehow you'll cope, because you have way too much to look forward to, not to.
Lupus seems to run in my family. Mom has it, coinsedently brother-in-law was diagnosed, and now my sister has it. Doctor thinks our family is a freaking historical case study because of that. I'm younger than sis and Mom were when they were diagnosed (Mom's been in remission for 25 years), so who knows what tomorrow could bring for me?
However, I'm too effing stubborn to let that get me down, even if it does happen. LOL Walker and I have already talked about how we'll deal with it if it happens.
As for your situation, you are in my prayers. That's definitely the last thing you need on your mind.
I'm glad your hubby's prison days are counting down. I can't wait till he gets out of there. Heck, if I'm this excited from here, I can't begin to imagine how excited you are!!!
yes, i'm gonna take all of these tests seriously... and you are SO right that i don't need anything else on my plate right now, but i am a strong, independent woman. i can deal with whatever comes my way...
my mantra is:
God never gives you a heavier burden than He thinks you can handle! So, He MUST think I am one strong girl! ;)
I didn't know they already used their save on AI. I only pay half attention when I watch. I think that the 16 y/o redhead and the broadway guy are going to be the top 2.
I hope all is going out well with the doctors visit
