I have Jury Duty Tomorrow

I wouldn't mind it so much normally but this is a really bad time.  Since my co-workier is only allowed to work 3 hours a day because of her car accident, I'm the only other person to do the work and if I'm not there, things are going to really get backed up and they are already backed up.

Anyway, I'm trusting God to get me excused tomorrow so I don't have to go back.  In fact, I'd really love it if I got excused early so I could come home early and get some things done on the computer.  I'm hoping to get one of the computers in the jury room early in the morning so I can work on my site while I'm there.  At least that way the day won't be a total loss.

When I served on jury duty many years ago, it was on a murder trial and it was completely fascinating.  However, back then, I was in school at Pepperdine and my father was paying for my living expenses and I didn't have to be concerned about missing work.

Oh well, I will survive all of this with God's help and I might meet some interesting people I can tell all of you about tomorrow.  Hey, maybe I should spend time on Gather while I'm there talking to you guys.  That would break up the day a little.
