What's For Dinner?

Hey everyone, what's for dinner? I was enterprising today.  I used the leftover chicken from Easter with leftover broccoli and rice to make soup.  I am serving it with egg salad sandwiches on toast to use the last of the hardboiled Easter eggs.  For dessert, I made devil's food cake.

I'm making track to the refrigerator for something a little later, but I haven't decided just what yet. Orange juice has an almost 100% chance of being part of it...

I think I am making ravoli. I have some frozen and it is easy to make and I am tired tonight.

I have no idea............i'm too tired to think. Hubby said he would stop at teh store and bring something home for dinner, since we don't have anything.

Tonight, I am making parm cheese/herb crusted chicken that I will quickly sautee in a pan with olive oil then finish in the oven with roasted broccoli and rice. If I remember, I'll take a picture lol.

I have some chicken that I put in Italian dressing a little while ago. I'll slice up potatoes and throw some mushrooms in with it, and bake it all.

Not sure, whatever the church is serving. We go there on free supper night. LOL gives me one night off a week.

Okey, today's our "difficult" day, where we have THREE separate evening meals, cause of schedules....I am NOT kidding!
The kid had an Italian Stouffer's sandwich, strawberry Jell-O applesauce, and some rice pudding.
Hubby had salisbury steak, mac & cheese and bananas.
Me, well, I'll probably grab a sandwich after awhile.......Wednesdays are terrible around this house........ughhhhh! But just another week or two of it, thank God!
