  I already have a roast in the oven. I am putting carrots and potatoes in with it. Green peppers are too expensive right now. I am going to grow some.

Not cooking/baking for tonight, as today is the busy, busy day around here......for supper tonight it will be Stouffer entrees! Today, however, inbetween all the running, I'm thinking of making either banana or pumpkin muffins!

I had a toaster bagel with cream cheese for breakfast. Lunch will probably be french fries. Supper will be something quick and easy I can have at lunch. More likely a sandwitch with chips, and some peaches and cottage cheese.

I'm not much of a cook. -grin-

Last week the store had a special on roasts-so I bought quite a few. Maybe tonight will be r&r. (roast and rice). I need to get to the store, running out of choices. No maybe I will use the roast for speghetti. Who knows, maybe I will get to the store.
