CVS Corporate Responded to the ECB Issue

After the unsuccessful attempt to have the store manager fix the ECB error, I finally heard some good news today. I had sent an email to the CVS corporate, and someone responded. She told me she credited my Extra Care Rewards account with $1, which will print on the register receipt tomorrow. At least the corporate still cares about the customers!

I've heard from quite a few people that they have had to go to corporate to get the problem resolved. Pretty pathetic that their managers don't care.
