CVS Free Deals After Extra Bucks for week of 4/12/09

Okay, for those asking about CVS deals here is what I would do if I were starting this week.  Just for the free things.

Get an ad so you can find the deals.

You need a CVS card--get one if you don't have one.

Colgate Sensitive toothpaste and or toothbrush is 3.99 get 3.99 back.

You can buy two of these per card.

Softsoap Body Scrub Body Wash is 4.99 get 4.99 ONLY the body scrub (coconut and apricot only)

You can buy one of these per card.

There are Manufacturer coupons that came out a couple weeks ago:  Softsoap--either .75 or $1.00 and .75 coupons on the Colgate if you have these great if not this is what you do.

Buy one colgate and spend 3.99.  You will get 3.99 at the bottom of you receipt.

Take that 3.99 and buy another colgate for free--no tax either. Get another 3.99 at the bottom of your receipt.

Take that 3.99 extra buck and buy the 4.99 body wash.  You will get another 4.99 back.

So you just spent 4.99 and tax and got 12.97 in products and you have 4.99 to spend next week.  There will be free after extra bucks next week that you will use this 4.99 on and get more extra bucks.  You will save those for the next week, and on and on and on.

Lori, I would never have believed I'd shop at a drug store--prices are so high. I even get a lot of food there now. And I love that gather offers CVS gift cards--they will cover all the tax and little bits I need to put out.
