Happy Easter.
Okay, I'm late. Yesterday was Whit Monday (Easter Monday) here in Europe and we actually got the day off. Okay, technically I was in the office on Easter Sunday, but I'll take what I can get.
The weather here has been largely nice. That means there is sun in between the rain. The temperature is starting to rise - getting as high as 20 degrees or so (Centigrade...which is good). Today was mostly overcast in the morning, the sun peaked out at 7 pm as I walked home from work...and then an hour later we had thunder and even a little lightning. And rain.
It was a nice rain, actually. The kind of rain that is soothing and pleasant and inspiring. Took some photos from my terrace.

One of the plus sides of having so much rain is that the grass is pretty green.

Off to the side of my building is a government office building, which was emptied out soon after my arrival. Now they are stripping it bare to renovate it for commercial offices. So they have one of those cool tower cranes right behind my apartment.

This is actually the back end of the arm. The arm itself goes directly out the other side far enough to reach all the way over the office building to the street, plus all the way over my building and to the side street.

Pretty sure no one was up there when I took the photo, but I've watched the guy climb up and down the ladders inside the tower. It's a long way up there.

A quick look up my building from my terrace. You can see all the mini terraces.

Part of my terrace is under the mini terraces above, so stays dry.

I really like the wood ceiling. All my floors in the apartment are nice hardwood as well.

Okay, back inside to fight with Gather, who decided once again that they wanted me to upload these photos three times instead of just once. Argh.
Thanks for stopping by my Tuesday pieces.
