It can take several weeks for the processing of a gift card, depending upon a variety of factors (availability, etc.). If your order is still indicating the same status after 21 calendar days, I suggest sending in an inquiry using the Member Support form. This assigns a ticket number to your question, making it easy for you to follow-up if needed.

"My computer hard drive crashed and I lost everything, including images I used for my group banner and icon. Is there a way that I can download these from Gather again?"Yes, you can! — All images on Gather can be saved to your computer by right-clicking the image and selecting "Save Image As..." from the mouse menu ("Save Picture As..." in Internet Explorer)†. However, saving your banner and icon is not quite a straightforward process. See the instructions provided below:
Group Banner
The majority of the group banner area is treated differently by your browser than other images on Gather. Therefore, right-clicking the banner will not provide you with the option to save/download the image in some cases. This option is only available by right-clicking the uppermost or lowermost portion of the banner, as illustrated below:

Group IconDepending upon where you are viewing your group icon, the image file used may differ. One version is 120 pixels in width, and the other is only 100 pixels. However, saving/downloading either version can significantly limit your ability to use the image again elsewhere, or to make modifications due to its small size.
Therefore, you should display and save the full size image which will be a minimum of 550 pixels in width.
To access the larger version of your icon image, follow the steps below:
You have now restored the original banner and icon image for your group! If needed, you may modify the images and upload them to Gather again at any time.
† Windows users only. To save images on a Mac, you must hold Ctrl+click the image, or drag it to a folder on your computer.
I don't know if it will help you, but I identified the true displayable area for group banners and wrote that up in an article (link below). A new version of the article is ready, but the older one still has the same data.
You cannot add a background image to your profile page (yet). To eliminate one you may have (Laugh Out Loud, etc.), just modify your "About Me" section and save the changes. This will revert your background to the default.

Yes, I am still working on it! ....I'm sorry that I have been a little preoccupied the past few days. You'll like what I've come up with though! You can feature two group members and up to 4 photos for each member...with a nice floral background that goes well with any group layout color/theme. You can also switch the background anytime.
