Cop Shows

Generally, we watch TV or at least have the TV on when we are in the kitchen.  A lot of times I like to watch the cop shows.  No, I'm not talking about "Law and Order" or "NCIS," though I do enjoy those too.  I'm talking about the real life stuff.  Like "Extreme Forensics," "48 Hours Mystery," and "Real Detectives."

Mostly I watch a channel called ID a.k.a. Investigation Discovery.  This channel provides me with the most diverse of Investigation shows.  Some times I'll watch "Cold Case Files" and "Investigative Reports" on A&E. Or I can really get caught up in a "The First 48" marithon on that channel too.  And I also like "City Confidential" on the Biography Channel.  I used to watch CourtTV before it changed to TruTV and Comcast moved the channel to another number that I can't even find anymore.  TruTV is not nearly as enjoyable as it was when it was CourtTV.

Do you enjoy true life cop shows?  Or do you just like the fictional ones?  I really enjoy both.

I can't stand those. My husband got hooked on this show where they tell you about the murder in detail and then they take the body to North Mission Rd., the LA Coroner's office. You listen to these gory details for an hour. Lord! I used to sit in the bedroom until he was finished. Thank God it's gone. I don't know where and I don't care.

I love cop shows, usually i watch them by myself since hubby doesn't really like those kind of shows. I have always liked watching those kind of show ever since I was younger.

No, sorry, actually cop and crime shows are my least favorite. Once in a while, though, I do find one that I like, but not lately.

Only watched a few of the real crime stories. Never ceases to amaze me what jealousy, rage and greed can do to people.

I mostly like fictional programming. CSI would be the closest thing to a cop show I watch.

Wait, I take that back. I like Animal Cops and Animal Precinct on Animal Planet.
