Beware of alien kitties lurking in the night.

 

At first you may just see a glow in the distance.

 

 

 

 

 

But then you may encounter a ferocious beast, ready to conquer and rule over all.......

 

 

 

 

Prepared to stare you down and do battle to the death.

 

 

 

 

Do not give in or believe a look of boredom or distraction...

 

 

 

 

Because you never know when your opponent will strike again.

 

 

 

It may take awhile to determine who is in charge ...

 

 

 

 

And who is the last man standing.

 

 

 

 

And when the battle has been won, they slink off into the night.

 

 

 

Lurking in the darkness, once again.

 

 

 

 

When you see those bright glowing eyes, you know you have found an alien kitty. Also watch for antennas coming out of the head. Those are harder to see, but have been known to exist.

Very cute!  I tend to have alien doggies around here.  ;)  And alien bears.  :)  But so far I haven't been able to capture the bear on film.

Very nice essay, I get greeted every night by alien kitties some times they will just run out of the bush at me just to see if they can scare the crap out of me.
