The Turkey is in the oven- oh, I can't wait! In the mean time, we have fried potatoes on the stove, and bacon on the griddle. It smells very nice in here.
The kids were up way too early- we made them go back upstairs until 8, so we could get some sleep. They had found their baskets, but left them where the "Bunny" hid them until we got up. I finally had to take candy away from Gilly, though. I told them they could each have 1 small piece of candy. She opened her M & M egg, ate a few. Opened her cotton candy, ate some, then tried to open her chocolate bunny, too, before I stopped her.
The kids are being separated now. Chris gets easily annoyed by noises. Gilly loves to sing. Hence, he's OFTEN yelling at her to stop annoying him, and claiming she does it on purpose. Sorry, but she sings ALL the time. It's not on purpose, and we get on him about telling her what to do.
This morning, I finally said, "There are 15 rooms in this house. You each have one of your OWN rooms that no one else is allowed into. If you don't like a SOUND someone is making, go to on of the 14 other rooms!"
About 10 seconds later, Rae went up to her room, and Chris vacated to go to the dining room to play his DS.
-sigh- At least I stopped it before it got started for once. I'm tired. We went to bed late, then I laid there awake. Went through 4 episodes of "The Riches" on DVD, shut it off, and laid there awake for almost another 30 minutes. I kept waking up even after I fell asleep, too.
I'd like to crawl back into bed, but Nick says no. ;)
Have a Happy Easter!

Happy Easter to you and yours!
After we get back up, we'll be hunting eggs. He's already looked through his basket and watched one movie and part of the other.
I thought Chris was grounded from his DS?
Turn your phone on! lol
