CVS False Advertising?

Does anyone know? This week's CVS flyer says that the Soft Soap body wash is $4.99 with $4.99 ECB, like getting it for free.

But the receipt only printed $4.49 ECB.

I looked on CVS' website and couldn't find anything.

I just read that someone on hotcoupon world and they said be aware that soft soap is only doing $4.49 ECB

Mistakes happen. Ask the cashier to fix it they can print out ECB's. Mine store does it all the time.

I've noticed it once in a while, but when I look, the price paid for the item is usually the same as what printed, even though I don't get the higher ECB's. I think some stores have lower prices than the ad.
